Abstract
This Essay is based o by increasing the need and development in the maritime world. In this case PT. Shipping Bahtera Adhiguna in serving commercial vessels. The purpose of this Writing is nothing but to find out how the agency service activities on MV. HI 01 ships, which agencies are involved in agency service activities, and know the problems that arise.
