Abstract
Introduction of MFR (Medical First Responder) as First Aid to Sea Accident Victims as a Means to Reduce Death from Accident Accidents can happen anywhere and can happen to everyone so we should be able to do the first aid technique, so it is known as MRF (Medical First Responder) so that we can reduce the casualties and we can quickly handle the victim so that do not become fatal and take casualties. According to statistics it is known that 80% of all accidents that have occurred caused by human error due to not understand how the handling of casualties. In order to increase knowledge and insight on how to first aid and what is done in the handling of casualties at sea. As an existing science science equipment and provide understanding to the cadets / taruni and the general public regarding the importance of MFR procedures and mechanisms as the first-aid means of shipwreck accidents. Methods in the help of persons exist from the consent of assistance, the assessment of the victim and the manner of lifting.
