Abstract

The main discussion in writing this paper is about Clearence In and Clearen Out using the inaportnet system. In this case, PT. The faithful Gresik Ark is acting as the service provider of its duties to take care of the needs of the ship while in port. The background of the problem in this paper is regarding the cleareance in and clearance out procedure, documents needed in agency, obstacles and impacts on TB vessels. Bur 5 and kindergarten. Bur 6 uses the inaportnet system so that the writer can provide a solution so that the clearence service is better. Based on data collection conducted during land practice (PRADA) the author uses several methods including methods of observation, interviews, and document analysis. The results of observations that have been made are about the obstacles experienced by agents not yet fully understood about inaportnet services, the costs in the port sector are still expensive, so impact clearance is not optimal so the author can provide a solution so that the internet system will facilitate costs in the port sector and aim to facilitate service user.
