Abstract

PT. Kharisma LautanMandiri Batam is a shipping company engaged in ship agency that provides clearance in and clearance out services and loading / unloading, ship service operational processes by PT. Kharisma Lautan Mandiri starts from the flow of the ship, anchor, the process of loading and unloading from the ship and until the ship departs to the destination port according to the document. PT. Kharisma Lautan Mandiri also has established procedures for ship services and cargo so that ship service can be carried out properly and errors can be minimized, both in document management and cargo services. Ship and cargo service process at PT. Kharisma Lautan Mandiri Batam starts from before the ship arrives or anchors in the waters. Then carry out the clearance in / registration process that was submitted to the Syahbandar, customs, and report to each satker, Pelindo to determine the location of the berth and application for scout services. After that, take care of the loading / unloading permit to KSOP. The last ship service is making clearance out submitted to syahbandar, customs for the departure of the ship.
