Abstract

PT. Prima Nur Panurjwan is a legal loading and unloading company, perform procedures for loading and unloading goods from or the ship. Covers the activities of demolition of goods from ship hatches to docks in the hull of the ship or vice versa (stevedoring). Transfer of goods from the dock in the hull to the warehouse or stacking field or vice versa (cargodoring). The activity of taking goods from the warehouse or field is carried on the truck or vice versa (receiving or delivery). Loading and unloading companies have a very important position, because it contributes positively to Indonesia’s economic growth by providing efficient logistics solutions. Besides, to achieve increased productivity in loading and unloading, PT. Prima Nur Panurjwan has prepared a strategic step, enhancing human resources through professionalism and the effectivivennes of employee perfomance based on competencies including hard-competencies and soft-competencies being the main aspects to continue to be maintained and improved.
