Abstract
The main discussion in writing this paper is the inaportnet system for the arrival and departure services of ships at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Ternate Branch, there are some background problems that must be solved by the author, namely the Inportnet system on ship service, parties involved in the ship clearance process, management of arrival and departure of ships at PT.Pelabuahn Indonesia IV (Persero) Ternate Branch. The aim is to influence the adoption of the internal system in ship service, to comply with the agencies and parties involved in the ship's clearance process, to determine the service of arrival and departure of the ship. Based on data collection carried out during observation, the author uses methods such as interviews, study documents, and sources and types of data. The results of the discussion of this paper are.
