Abstract
Based on the Declaration of ASEAN Concord II (Bali Concord II) on 7 October 2003, the Government established team of Indonesian National Single Window (INSW) which InaPortnet system into one of the main pillars mainly related to the process of port clearance on ships services in the Port of Tanjung Priok. The purpose of this study was to determine the development of the preparation of the InaPortnet, Simlala and Simponi Systems. And, the problem is at Port Of Tanjung Priok. This study uses the method of field survey or observation and document study in licensing issuing agencies and shipping companies as service users. The Inaportnet system still requires additional applications and administrative problems that must be resolved so that it is expected that the commitment between the agencies related to shipping companies can be used as a way out of existing problems.
