Abstract
PT. Pelayaran Bahtera Adhiguna is a company engaged in shipping agency services. Fast information technology is needed to make service services more quickly accurate and based on existing procedures, right and easy. This study aims to determine the procedures involved in the agency activity process in the Public Port of Cilacap. This writing uses the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The observation method carried out by the author is to observe directly in the Public Port of Cilacap. Interview method by asking directly to operational staff at PT. Pelayaran Bahtera Adhiguna. And the last is the method of documentation, namely by finding and collecting data from books, notes, and others. The results of this study are agency activities of MV.Srikandi Indonesia 19 is very satisfying because it has been based on existing procedures. And also know the agencies, documents, and obstacles that occur in agency services in handling MV. Srikandi Indonesia 19. Keywords: agency services, documents, agencies.
