Abstract
To achieve optimal coal demolition. So in writing this scientific paper, the author describes the theory about the implementation of optimization of coal loading time. Based on the background of the problems that have been raised, obstacles were found in the preparation and implementation of coal loading at TB. BLM Jaya BG .ELFA 3002, which is erratic weather and at least a transport fleet. So it can be concluded that the lack of preparation at the time before carrying out the demolition and the lack of supervision at the time of implementation contained that the implementation of coal demolition was not optimal. The author's suggestion is that companies can anticipate erratic weather, increase the number of transportation fleets and pay more attention to ship demand, so that the loading and unloading process can be carried out as optimally as possible. To approach the completion of this paper, the methods used by the author are qualitative descriptive methods, while the data collection methods used are interview methods, observation and literature related to cargo handling, especially during loading and unloading.
