Abstract

The main discussion in writing this paper is the service of the Inaportnet System on PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Ternate Branch. There are several background problems that must be resolved in this paper, namely in the form of system disruption to operational activities, unfavorable weather conditions in accessing the system, the tools used in the field are still manual, many fields that make the internet system to assist all activities, including the world One of them is maritime inaportnet system, inapornet is a bridge for the maritime world to spread to more advanced fields. The purpose of this paper is nothing but to find out the documents needed in the process of loading containers, to find out a single service system electronically internet based and to know the process of executing container demolition. Based on data collection conducted during Land Practice (PRADA) the author uses several methods including observation, interview, and document analysis methods, obtained results that: related documents in loading containers to run smoothly, to find out the flow of Inaportnet system services, container loading implementation by PT.
