Abstract
Good Corporate Governance carried out by the Corporate Secretary team by PT. IPC Container Terminal is a system to improve company / organizational performance. The practice of Good Corporate Governance Code is a guideline for all company people. Team Corporate Secretary at PT. Container Terminal IPC is a role for the continuity of Good Corporate Governance, where in its continuation the Corporate Secretary team makes planning preparations, involving the Commissioners and Directors to conduct meetings related to the continuity of Good Corporate Governance. From this to complete the continuity of Good Corporate Governance with maximum results, the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors should participate in overseeing the continuity of Good Corporate Governance so that each activity does not cause errors and reduce errors. With the presence of staff from the Commissioners and Directors, the activities went well. The system used to take the object of research is interviews, observation, document study, and group discussions with primary and secondary data sources.
