Abstract
The main offering in writing this paper is about the role of the system inaportnet in the service of clearance in and clearance out at PT. Raesa Permata Jaya Line. There are a several of background problems that must be solved in this paper, namely how the system inaportnet flows, how to operate the system during clearance in and clearance out services, documents that are used when clearance in and clearance out services, obstacles in clearance in and clearance out services. This company is engaged in ship agency. Agency activity, which includes activities to take care of the needs of the ship during a stop at the port. The purpose of writing this paper is nothing but to find out how the role of system inaportnet in the service of clearance in and clearance out. Based on research conducted during observation, the author uses several methods, obtained results that: the role of the system Inaportnet is very helpful for agents in the service of clearance in and clearance out to simplify and shorten the time in activities.
