Abstract
Study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, facilities, and security on the smoothness of ship departures through the Inaportnet system at the Class I Harbormaster and Port Authority Office of Tanjung Emas Semarang. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population of this study consisted of users of the Inaportnet system in the ship departure service process, with a sample of 75 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale. The data analysis techniques included validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, partial significance test (t-test), simultaneous significance test (F-test), and coefficient of determination. The results showed that service quality had a positive and significant effect on the smoothness of ship departures. Facilities also had a positive and significant effect on the smoothness of ship departures, while security had a positive and significant effect on the smoothness of ship departures. Simultaneously, service quality, facilities, and security had a significant effect on the smoothness of ship departures through the Inaportnet system. These findings indicate that improving service quality, providing adequate facilities, and ensuring effective security are important aspects in supporting the smoothness of the ship departure process through the Inaportnet system.
