Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of the independent variables, namely Import Document Compliance, Customs Clearance Process Speed, and Service Quality, on the dependent variable, namely he Smooth Flow of Imported Goods at PT. Berlian Transtar Abadi Surabaya. The sample in this study consisted of 100 respondents, using the Non-Probability Sampling technique with the Saturated Sampling method. This research employed a quantitative approach, and data were collected through questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 27.Based on the results of the research and data analysis, the regression equation is as follows: Y = 0,116 + 0,339X1 + 0,295X2 + 0,337X3 + µ The regression results indicate that the most dominant variable affecting the Smooth Flow of Imported Goods is Service Quality, with a Standardized Coefficient(Beta) value of 0.337. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.515 indicates that 51.5% of the variation in the dependent variable, namely the Smooth Flow of Imported Goods, can be explained by the independent variables of Import Document Compliance, Customs Clearance Process Speed, and Service Quality, while the remaining 48.5% is explained by other factors outside the variables examined in this study. The results also show that Import Document Compliance (X1), Customs Clearance Process Speed (X2), and Service Quality (X3) have a positive and significant effect, both partially and simultaneously, on the Smooth Flow of Imported Goods (Y) at PT.
