Abstract
Port performance is an essential aspect of supporting the effectiveness of maritime transportation services. Optimal port operations contribute to improving the efficiency of vessel services as well as ensuring the smooth movement of passengers and vehicles. This study aims to analyze the influence of vessel service timeliness, port facilities, and the quality of human resources on the performance of Benoa Port. This study employed a quantitative research approach. The research population consisted of 53 Benoa Port employees, all of whom were included as research respondents using a saturated sampling (census) technique. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data were then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis to examine the influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The results indicate that vessel service timeliness, port facilities, and the quality of human resources have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Benoa Port. The multiple linear regression equation obtained is: Y = 0.928 + 0.509X₁ + 0.251X₁ + 0.220X₁ + µ Based on the regression coefficients, vessel service timeliness is the most dominant factor affecting Benoa Port's performance, with a coefficient value of 0.509. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.593, indicating that 59.3% of the variation in Benoa Port's performance can be explained by vessel service timeliness, port facilities, and the quality of human resources, while the remaining 40.7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
