Abstract
Operational stability of marine traffic is one of the important factors in supporting the smoothness, safety, and efficiency of port activities. However, in its implementation, there are still various challenges related to ship traffic management, monitoring systems, and coordination among stakeholders that may affect the smooth operation of marine traffic at the port. These problems may lead to increased ship waiting time, delays in services, and disruptions to port operational activities. This study aims to analyze the influence of ship traffic management, monitoring systems, and stakeholder coordination on the operational stability of marine traffic at the Class II Port Authority and Harbormaster Office (KSOP) of Patimban Port, Subang Regency, West Java. This research employed a quantitative method using a survey approach through questionnaires distributed to respondents at the Class II KSOP of Patimban Port. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS version 25. The results of the analysis produced the following regression equation: Y = 2,252 + 0,284 X1 + 0,153 X2 + 0,315 X3 + µ The results of the t-test indicate that ship traffic management, monitoring systems, and stakeholder coordination have a positive and significant partial effect on the operational stability of marine traffic. Ship traffic management obtained a t-value of 3.704 with a significance value of 0.000, the monitoring system obtained a t-value of 2.165 with a significance value of 0.033, while stakeholder coordination obtained a tvalue of 4.730 with a significance value of 0.000. Stakeholder coordination was found to be the most dominant variable affecting the operational stability of marine traffic. The coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.510 indicates that ship traffic management, monitoring systems, and stakeholder coordination jointly explain 51% of the variation in marine traffic operational stability, while the remaining 49% is influenced by other factors outside the variables examined in this study. Therefore, improving the effectiveness of ship traffic management, optimizing monitoring systems, and strengthening coordination among stakeholders are necessary to improve the operational stability of marine traffic at the Class II KSOP of Patimban Port.
