Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of Workforce Performance, Equipment Capacity, Operational Coordination, and Supervision System on Bulk Cargo Loading and Unloading Productivity at PT. Citra Jateng Stevedoring, Tanjung Emas Port, Semarang. Loading and unloading productivity is an essential indicator in supporting the operational performance of port service companies. Therefore, effective management of human resources, equipment, operational coordination, and supervision is necessary to improve overall operational performance. This research employed a quantitative method using a survey approach by distributing questionnaires to 60 respondents consisting of loading and unloading workers and operational personnel. The collected data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, and coefficient of determination analysis with the assistance of SPSS software. The results produced the regression equation Y = 2.703 + 0.285X₁ + 0.421X₂ + 0.194X₃ + 0.435X₄ + µ. Partially, Workforce Performance obtained a t-value of 2.971, Equipment Capacity 3.995, Operational Coordination 3.149, and Supervision System 4.608, all of which exceeded the t-table value of 2.004, indicating positive and significant effects on Bulk Cargo Loading and Unloading Productivity. The coefficient of determination test showed an Adjusted R Square value of 0.649, meaning that 64.9% of productivity variation is explained by the four independent variables, while the remaining 35.1% is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study. Among the variables, the Supervision System demonstrated the strongest influence on productivity. Based on these findings, the company is recommended to strengthen its supervision system, optimize equipment capacity, enhance workforce competence, and improve operational coordination to achieve higher and more sustainable loading and unloading productivity.
