Abstract
What is the role of the inaportnet system in ship-based clearance activities online, the functions and tasks of agents, the clearance process of ships using the inaportnet system the documents needed, relevant agencies, barriers to the clearance of vessels using the inaportnet system. This company is engaged in shipping which has ship agency services. Agency services activities that take care of all activities of ships entering and shiping out, taking care of all documents - taking care of all documents needed by ships in loading and unloading activities. The purpose of writing this paper is nothing but to find out the functions and duties of agents, to determine the procedure of clearance in / out of ships using the inaportnet system, to find out what documents are needed in the process of ship agency services using the inaportnet system, to find out the agency - relevant agencies in using ship agency services use the inaportnet system, and to find out what obstacles will be faced in the process of handling ship agency services using the inaportnet system. Based on data collection carried out during Land Practice (PRADA) the author uses methods including observation methods, interviews, document study methods, group discussion methods, and questionnaire methods, obtained from the results of the inaportnet system that supports ship Cartagena in clearance in / out activities. be careful in the collection of ship data and documents into the inaportnet system so that it does not become an obstacle in the clearance in / out of the ship using the inaportnet system.
