Abstract
The main discussion in writing this paper is the role of agency PT. Bahari Laju Anugerah in the clearance and clearance out procces of Mv. Jawan in Batam. There are several background problems that the author must resolve, namely the procedures for activities when foreign ships enter and the obstacles faced in foreign ship clearance activities by PT. bahari laju anugerah which is a company that serves clearance in and clearance out aof vessels as well as Customs Clearance. The purpose of writing this paper is none other than to find out what the procedures for permitting incoming ships are from the parties involved. Based on data collection carried out during land practice (Prada), the author used several methods, namely, observation, interviews, and document study and literature study. The results of the discussion of this paper are the permits of the parties involved during the foreign ship clearance process by PT. Bahari Laju Anugerah will run smoothly without obstacles if each party can fulfill the established procedures. Keywords: Agents, Services, Related Parties
