Abstract
Stevedoring activities are the core of a port's productivity which significantly affects the efficiency of vessel dwelling time. This study aims to analyze the influence of Stevedoring Factors, Operational Performance Factors, and Supervision Factors on Dwelling Time at PT. Citra Jateng Stevedoring. The research method used is a quantitative approach. Primary data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 100 respondents determined using a specific sampling method. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis assisted by SPSS Version 25 software. The results of the regression analysis yielded the following multiple linear equation: Y = 0,367 + 0,299X1 + 0,330X2 + 0,319X3 + µ The results of the multiple linear regression equation show that there is a positive and significant influence partially between the Stevedoring Factor on Dwelling Time with t_statistic = 3.932 > t table = 1.98472, the Operational Performance Factor on Dwelling Time with t_statistic = 3.426 > t_table = 1.98472, and the Supervision Factor on Dwelling Time with t_statistic = 3.603 > t_table = 1.98472. The simultaneous influence of the three research variables is proven to be very strong through the coefficient of determination test (Adjusted R^2) with an Adjusted R-square value of 0.519.
