Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of technical and equipment, infrastructure and supporting facilities, operations and human resources, and coal material characteristics on special terminal operational efficiency. This research was conducted at the Special Terminal of PLTU Jateng 2 Adipala Cilacap. The data sources used in this study consisted of primary data obtained through questionnaires and secondary data obtained from related institutions. The population in this study was all operational crew at the Special Terminal of PLTU Jateng 2 Adipala Cilacap as many as 150 people, while the sample in this study was 60 respondents selected at random. The object in this study is the special terminal operational efficiency at the Special Terminal of PLTU Jateng 2 Adipala Cilacap. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 26 software. The regression model used is: Y = 0.985 + 0.422 X1 + 0.191 X2 + 0.203 X3 + 0.251 X4 + miu. The results of the regression analysis show that technical and equipment (t_count 5.590 > t_table 2.004), infrastructure and supporting facilities (t_count 2.687 > t_table 2.004), operations and human resources (t_count 2.709 > t_table 2.004), and coal material characteristics (t_count 3.368 > t_table 2.004) have a positive and significant effect on special terminal operational efficiency. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination shows an Adjusted R Square value of 0.649, which means that 64.9% of the independent variables (technical and equipment, infrastructure and supporting facilities, operations and human resources, and coal material characteristics) affect special terminal operational efficiency, while the remaining 35.1% is explained by other variables outside the four variables used in this study.
