Abstract
This study aims to examine the process of Looker Studio-based ship line-up management in improving operational efficiency at PT. Equator Marindo. Ship line-up is one of the essential elements in port and shipping agency operations, as it serves as the basis for planning and controlling vessel activities, including berthing, cargo loading and unloading, and departure schedules. This study employed a descriptive qualitative research method, with data collected through observations, interviews, and documentation studies. The findings indicate that ship line-up management supported by Looker Studio facilitates real-time data visualization, improves the accuracy of vessel schedule monitoring, and accelerates the decision-making process. Furthermore, regular and accurate updates of ship line-up data can minimize waiting time, optimize the utilization of port facilities, and enhance coordination among stakeholders involved in operational activities. The challenges identified include delays in information exchange, sudden changes in vessel schedules, and inadequate coordination among stakeholders. Therefore, an integrated ship line-up management system supported by Looker Studio and effective communication is essential to improve the company's operational efficiency. Keywords: Vessel line-up, looker studio, operational efficiency, shipping agency, and port management.
