Abstract
The paper aims to illustrate or give insight into the foreign ship's agent carrying coal in the port of Tanjung Bara East Kalimantan, and provide insight to the community that our country is rich in crops such as coal that is able to supply the needs of industrialized countries in the world. To achieve these results, the authors use the method of observation with the result of improving agency services in terms of handling the arrival and departure of the ship in the port of Tanjung bara PT.
