Abstract
This study aims to analyze the potential workplace safety (K3) risks associated with the maintenance of two types of generators, HARTECH HT 500 P and Taneko TNK500P, using the Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) method. Based on the FMEA analysis, several failure modes with high safety risks were identified, including fuel and oil leaks, overheating, electric shocks, and mechanical injuries. The highest risks were found in fuel leakage in Taneko TNK500P (RPN = 200) and overheating in both generators (RPN = 160). Furthermore, risk mitigation focused on regular inspections, proper PPE usage, and training workers in emergency procedures for fire, electrical safety, and mechanical injuries. The findings of this study provide recommendations to enhance workplace safety during generator maintenance through preventive actions and proper maintenance practices. Keywords: FMEA, workplace safety, generator maintenance, K3 risks, risk mitigation
