Abstract
This final project entitled "Analysis of Clinker Loading on Loading Rate at PT Semen Indonesia Tuban Special Port" aims to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of clinker loading operations at the special port. This study focuses on three main objectives: Determining the clinker loading rate for two different vessels, Analyzing the impact of truck waiting time on loading productivity, Assessing the costs associated with ship berthing during the loading process. This study uses a quantitative descriptive methodology, using data collected from direct observation and secondary sources related to port operational performance. The results of the study indicate variations in loading rates between months, with significant differences in productivity related to equipment performance and operational delays. These findings highlight the importance of optimizing loading processes and equipment maintenance to improve overall efficiency. Recommendations that can be given are: Improving loading and unloading equipment, Improving workforce training, Streamlining operational procedures to reduce costs and improve service quality. Results of the Analysis of PT Semen Indonesia Tuban Special Port Performance. Semen Indonesia Tuban based on several Loading Rate values for ship A and ship B during clinker loading with the highest average in October on ship A with an average of 26.799%. Based on Q/P/D on the influence of truck waiting time when carrying out the loading process, the largest number was in September on the 1st trip amounting to 44.780%, with the number of trucks 1.193% and HCT crane truck waiting time, namely with an average time of 1.90%. The amount of Ship Reanimation Costs During the Clinker Loading Process with the highest cost in September on the 4th trip with a total cost of Rp 123,373,242 with a loading cost of Rp 688,704,000.
