Abstract
Loading Master PT. Adhi Guna Putera Jepara has a very important role in the coal unloading process at the Special Port of Tanjung Jati B Jepara PLTU. The duties and obligations of a Loading Master are to organize and ensure that the coal unloading process runs smoothly and to make unloading document reports including timesheets, daily unloading reports, and statements of fact . In the coal unloading process, of course, there are several obstacles that arise and cause delays in the coal unloading process, including trouble with unloading equipment, unfavorable weather, trouble with communication equipment, such obstacles must be immediately resolved by the Loading Master so that the unloading process continues to run smoothly. There are several parties involved in the smooth coal unloading process at the Special Port of Tanjung Jati Jepara PLTU, including loading masters, surveyors, ship crews, port roam control, and unloading equipment operators. Very good cooperation can affect the smooth coal unloading process at the Special Port of Tanjung Jati B Jepara PLTU.
