Abstract
The Integrated Marine Information System is an application that used by companies to serve all pillotage and tug assist which is all service by system. As an internal management interest, IMAIS prepares integrated information facilities starting from commercial, operational, engineering and maintenance activities, HR and finance, so that with presence of IMAIS, management will get sufficient information to make decisions needed to optimize all potential in the company. So HR Department is more optimal in handling crewing in the company, it’s easier to get information and carry out all the manning activities effectively and efficiently by online system and connected to Keywords: Process, Recruitment, ship crew
