Abstract
This study aims to determine the extent of influence of leadership, motivation, compensation, and work environment, both partially and simultaneously, on employee performance at PT Kalisari Putra Semarang. The population was permanent employees at PT Kalisari Putra Semarang, and the sample size was 85 respondents. The questionnaire contained 15 questions related to leadership, motivation, compensation, work environment, and employee performance. The analytical tools used were: validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that: 1) The results of multiple linear regression analysis produced the equation: Y = 2.621 + 0.373 X1 + 0.105 X2 + 0.182 X3 + 0.145 X4 + µ, meaning that the leadership variable is proven to be the most dominant on employee performance with a coefficient of 0.373, then the compensation variable is 0.182, then the work environment variable is 0.145, and then the motivation variable is 0.110, so that the independent variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 2) based on the t-test analysis, the t-count results for the leadership variable are (5.458), the motivation variable is (2.062), the compensation variable is (2.442), and the work environment variable is (3.082) > t-table (1.66), meaning that the better the independent variable given, the better and higher the employee performance value at PT Kalisari Putra Semarang and the leadership variable has a greater influence; 3) The F test obtained Fcount> Ftable: 7.870> 2.31, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, this means there is a positive and significant influence between the independent variables on employee performance simultaneously; 4) The coefficient of determination (R2) analysis of 0.898 means that 89.80% of the variation in employee performance variables can be explained by the independent variables of leadership, motivation, compensation, and work environment, while the remaining 10.20% is not explained in this study. Keywords: employees, leadership, motivation, compensation, work environment, employee performance
