Abstract

International Trade is one of the main factors to increase a country's income. One of them is Export and Import activities. Export is trading by removing goods from within and outside the territory of a country, by fulfilling the applicable provisions. Export activities are expected to increase the country's foreign exchange, expand local markets and improve cooperative relations between countries. This observation aims to find out the procedures and agencies involved in export activities at PT. Tri Eka Investama Makmur The research method used by the author is the observation method using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation, and literature. From the results of observations, it can be concluded that primed board export activities are relatively fast because they are facilitated by the online system and assisted by the PPJK company in processing export documents. From this observation, it is necessary to be more careful in checking the required document requirements in export activities to avoid document errors, so that export handling can be resolved immediately. In order to avoid the occurrence of trade claims in the sales contract, it is better if the exporter and buyer can include the rights and obligations of each. Keywords: Procedure, export, document
