Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of price perception, driver awareness, facilities and infrastructure, and service quality on customer satisfaction among participants of vehicle roadworthiness testing at the Department of Transportation, Tanjungpinang City. This research employed a quantitative approach with primary data obtained from 95 respondents selected using a non-probability sampling technique with an incidental sampling method. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 27. The regression equation obtained is as follows: Y = 0.210 + 0.230X1 + 0.339X2 + 0.194X3 + 0.223X4 + µ The results of the analysis show that all independent variables have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Price perception has a regression coefficient of 0.230, driver awareness 0.339, facilities and infrastructure 0.194, and service quality 0.223. This indicates that the four variables contribute significantly to improving customer satisfaction. The coefficient of determination test shows an Adjusted R Square value of 0.509. This means that price perception, driver awareness, facilities and infrastructure, and service quality explain 50.9% of the variation in customer satisfaction, while the remaining 49.1% is influenced by other factors outside this study, such as psychological, social, cultural, external, and individual factors. Keywords: Price Perception, Driver Awareness, Facilities and Infrastructure, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction.
