Abstract
Office of Port Authorities Class IV Tegal is an office that is under the responsibility of the Director General of Sea Transportation engaged in the services of Marine, Shipping, Sea Transpor. Provide full service from the parties KSOP Class IV Tegal for procedures for the arrival and departure of a ship. This paper aims to improve service of Office Kesyabandaran Class IV Tegal so that the authors expect what has been set in the rules of service rules in office KSOP Class IV Tegal is done well and in accordance with existing procedures. The author uses a survey method that is in the process of checking a document- document of incoming and outgoing ships. In these results can be explained the view of Tegal Class IV Harbor Authority and Port Authority Office as the highest government official at Tegal Port regarding the Ship Arrival and Departure Process in accordance with operational standards.
