Abstract
PT. Bahari Eka Nusantara Batam Branch is the best shipping company engaged in ship agency. PT. Bahari Eka Nusantara Batam branch has the task of providing Ship Services starting from the arrival of the ship, the process of vessel lining, vessel crew movements from the beginning of the joint to off from the ship, until the ship's departure process. PT. Bahari Eka Nusantara also has procedures that have been set for crew movements (crew change) can be implemented properly and errors can be minimized, both in the process of managing immigration residence permits to work on board (sign on) until the process stops working (sign off) . Immigration management of the ship's crew at PT. Bahari Eka Nusantara starts from the ship arrived. Then make a clearance in (crew visit) submitted to the Immigration office and then make a clearance out which is submitted to the immigration office for the departure of the ship. The process has several procedures, from the arrival of the crew using the ship or transport vehicle or not, the visa used by the crew, and the permit to stay the crew and the crew working on the ship as long as the ship is in Indonesian waters teritorial.
