Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality of officers., facilities and infrastructure, and check-in system technology on the check-in process at Jenderal Ahmad Yani International Airport, Semarang. The research employed a quantitative approach with a sample of 100 respondents obtained through a non-probability sampling technique using incidental sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 27. The regression equation formulated in this study is as follows: Y = 0.473 + 0.449 X1 + 0.342 X2 + 0.152 X3 + μ From the equation, it is known that the most dominant variable influencing the check-in process is the service quality of officers, with a regression coefficient of 0.473, followed by facilities and infrastructure with a regression coefficient of 0.342, and check-in system technology with a regression coefficient of 0.152. The coefficient of determination (R²) test results show a value of 0.676 or 67.6%, which means that the check-in process at Jenderal Ahmad Yani International Airport Semarang is influenced by these three independent variables by 67.6%, while the remaining 32.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Keywords: Staff Service Quality, Facilities and Infrastructure, Check-in System Technology, Check-in Process
