Abstract
PT. Transportasi Jakarta is a company engaged in the public or mass transportation sector. Transjakarta is a Regional-Owned Enterprise (BUMD) owned by the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta, responsible for providing safe, comfortable, and high-quality public transportation services in Jakarta. This study aims to analyze the influence of Service Quality (X1), Price Perception (X2), and Accessibility (X3). The sample in this study consisted of passengers who play a significant role in the Intention to Use the Service, with a total of 100 respondents. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with an incidental sampling approach. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires, and the data analysis technique applied was multiple linear regression analysis, which included validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. Based on the analysis results, the multiple linear regression equation obtained was: Y = -0.772 + 0.199X1 + 0.483X2 + 0.249X3 + μ. The hypothesis testing using the t-test showed that the independent variables — Service Quality (X1), Price Perception (X2), and Accessibility (X3) have a positive and significant partial effect on the Intention to Use the Service (Y). The regression results also showed a coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.590, meaning that these three independent variables contribute 59.0% to the variance in the intention to use Transjakarta services. The remaining 41.0% is influenced by other factors such as Customer Loyalty, Innovation, and Brand Image. Keywords: service quality, price perception, accessibility, intention to use
