Abstract

Purchasing decision is a problem-solving approach to human activities to buy an item or service in fulfilling their wants and needs which consists of recognizing needs and wants, searching for information, evaluating alternative purchases, purchasing decisions and behavior after purchasing PT Dharma Lautan Utama is a company privately owned national shipping company that has many fleets. This study aims to determine the effect of creative marketing, punctuality, customer loyalty and corporate image on purchasing decisions 5. The population in this study were KM Kirana 1 Ship Passengers and the sample used in this study was 100 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive non-probability sampling, then the data was analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of (software) Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) Version 25. The formulation of the regression in this study is as follows: Y = -1,735 + 0,335X1 + 0,291X2 + 0,256X3 + 0,247X4 + µ From this equation it is known that the most dominant variable influencing driving safety is Creative Marketing variable with a regression coefficient of 0.335. The R2 test (R Square) obtained a result of 0.619 or 61.9% which means that the purchase decision is influenced by creative marketing variables, timeliness, customer loyalty and company image which is equal to 61.9% and other factors that influence the decision to purchase KM Ship Tickets . Kirana 1 majoring in Sampit-Semarang which is 38.1%. Keyword: driving safety, driver character, road conditions, traffic compliance and vehicle completeness factors
