Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of supervision, systems and procedures, loading and unloading equipment, and operator performance on loading and unloading productivity at PT Pelindo Terminal Petikemas Semarang. Data sources include primary and secondary data. The sample in this study was 64 respondents who were employees or staff of PT Pelindo Terminal Petikemas Semarang. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression and statistical tools SPSS 26.0. Based on the research results and data analysis, the following regression equation was produced: Y = 1,158+0,206X 1 +0,298X 2 +0,218X 3 +0,224X 4 + µ The results of the multiple linear regression equation indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between Supervision on loading and unloading productivity (t-count of 2.322 > t-table of 2.00030), systems and procedures on loading and unloading productivity (t-count of 2.349 > t-table of 2.00030), loading and unloading equipment on loading and unloading productivity (t-count of 2.016 > t-table of 2.00030), and operator performance on loading and unloading productivity (t-count of 2.954 > t-table of 2.00030). The influence of the four research variables is very strong with a coefficient of determination value of 57.6% on loading and unloading productivity, and (100%-57.6%) = 42.4% is influenced by other variables outside this research.
