Abstract
In responding to transportation needs, loyalty is a fundamental factor influencing consumer choice when choosing the various services currently available. In an era of rapid development and population growth, people tend to prefer fast and affordable transportation. Consumers increasingly demand perceptions of price, service quality, trust, and satisfaction, leading service users to be more discerning in selecting services that meet their needs. The purpose of this study was to determine whether price perception, service quality, trust, and passenger satisfaction partially influence passenger loyalty on Menoreh Train passengers at Semarang Tawang Station. The subjects of this study were Menoreh Train passengers at Semarang Tawang Station, with a sample of 100 respondents. Data sources included primary and secondary data, using multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS V.25. Based on the research results, the multiple linear regression equation was obtained : Y = -3.657 + 0.235 X1 + 0.146 X2 + 0.482 X3 + 0.279 X4 + µ The results of the hypothesis test indicate that the price perception variable has a positive and significant effect on passenger loyalty (t-count 3.667 > t-table 1.985), service quality on passenger loyalty (t-count 3.199 > t-table 1.985), trust in passenger loyalty (t-count 4.847 > t-table 1.985), and passenger satisfaction with passenger loyalty (t-count 2.808 > t-table 1.985). The R-square value is 0.769, thus 76.9% of the remaining 23.1% (100% -76.9%) is due to other factors. Keywords: Price Perception, Service Quality, Trust, Passenger Satisfaction, Passenger Loyalty
