Abstract
The main discussion in writing this paper is about the process of handling Clearance In and Clearance Out of the TB. Aquarius 2407 BG. Meganta 3009 ship by PT. Sukses Wahana Maritim Palembang using the Inapornet and Sinkarkes systems. There are several background problems that the author needs to solve, namely managing clearance in and clearance out documents for ships that will dock and load/unload goods, at Boom Baru Port, Palembang. The purpose of this observation is to find out the operational procedures in the field and to find out the agencies involved in the clearance in and clearance out process. And how to overcome obstacles when managing clearance in and clearance out. The data collection method used by the author in compiling this Scientific Paper is the observation method by conducting direct observations at PT. Sukses Wahana Maritim Palembang, the interview method by interviewing staff at PT. Sukses Wahana Maritim Palembang, the Library study method by collecting documents that are considered relevant and according to the title. The conclusion of the discussion of this paper is the need for handling to accelerate the clearance in and clearance out process, although sometimes from a technical perspective there are obstacles but they can be overcome well.
