Abstract
Process Activity Stevedoring MV. Meratus Mamiri At PT. Berlian Jasa Terminal Indonesia (BJTI). fact that the geographical condition of Indonesia is an archipelagic country where the territorial waters of the appeal is much broader in its land then it is normal if the construction and sea transport arrangements today needs to get the most attention. Basically tendency port management system in line with the order, direction, goals, and guidance of port services with one of the stevedoring companies in order to increase productivity, optimize productivity, optimize user facilities and equipment as well as development of ports in the form of equal cooperation and mutual need. The main problem in this paper is how the process activities and the tariff calculation of loading and unloading of goods exports and imports in the container terminal at the port let me run as efficiently as possible, the parties involved in the loading and unloading of goods, and how the role and responsibilities of the port for losses arise. Objective discussion of this research is to know about the activities of the unloading of export and import in the container terminal to see further how the company's relationship unloading with related parties in supporting the activities of loading and unloading of goods at the port and the responsibility of the port for losses arising in the process of loading and unloading.
