Abstract
Tulungagung is one of the densely populated areas in East Java with relatively high economic activity. This has led to a high demand for transportation in Tulungagung. PO Bus Bagong is one of the transportation service providers competing to offer the best services to remain popular among the public. However, in recent years, there has been a decline in certain routes and service classes. This indicates a gap between user expectations and the quality of services provided. Factors such as fare prices, ease of access to the terminal, online ticket booking education, the condition of facilities and infrastructure, and the quality of service provided are important considerations for users in deciding whether to continue using or switch from PO Bus Bagong. This study aims to analyze the influence of fare prices, accessibility, facilities and infrastructure, and service quality on user interest in PO Bus Bagong. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with survey techniques. Primary data was obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to 100 respondents who are users of PO Bagong, selected through purposive sampling. The analysis technique applied in this study is multiple linear what is meant is Y = a + b1 X1 + b2 X2 + b3 X3 + b4 X4 + μ. The results of the study indicate that, out of the four independent variables tested, only the Accessibility and Service Quality variables have a positive and significant influence on User Interest. Based on the partial test (t-test), the Fare variable obtained a t-calculated value of 1.325 < t-table 1.98498 with a significance level of 0.188, indicating no significant influence. The Accessibility variable obtained a t-calculated value of 2.607 > t-table 1.98498 with a significance level of 0.011, indicating a significant effect. The Facilities and Infrastructure variable obtained a t-calculated value of 0.517 < t-table 1.98498 with a significance level of 0.606, indicating no significant effect. The Service Quality variable obtained a t-calculated value of 4.991 > t-table 1.98498 with a significance level of 0.000, indicating a significant effect. From this study, the coefficient of determination (R²) was found to be 0.497, meaning that 49.7% of user interest can be explained by the independent variables. Meanwhile, 50.3% is influenced by other variables outside the scope of this study. In this study, it can be concluded that the Accessibility and Service Quality factors are the most influential factors in increasing user interest in PO. Bus Bagong, while the Fare and Facilities and Infrastructure factors were not found to have a significant effect. Keywords: Accessibility, Linear Regression, Fare
