Abstract
This writing aims to get a deeper picture and understanding of the reviews of PT. Sido Agung Farm conducted by PT. Arindo Jaya Mandiri in the implementation of the Import of Custom Clearance of goods in the form of industrial machinery, starting from the role of PT. The writing method that the author uses in this writing is a qualitative method. The primary data of the author gets from interviews directly with the head of the import department and the operational import staff of PT. Arindo Jaya Mandiri, observation / observation that is directly looking at the import activities carried out by PT. Arindo Jaya Mandiri. Meanwhile the secondary data from the literature study some related books. with the theme carried out at PT. Arindo Jaya Mandiri, the Import Operations section.
