Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of corporate image, promotion, service quality, and facilities on the Increase in the Number of Passengers of NAM Air Airlines. The population in this study were NAM Air passengers on the Rute Tambolaka-Denpasar route, and the sample used in this study was 99 respondents. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling, incidental sampling type. The data was analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) Version 25 software. The regression formula in this study is as follows:Y = -0.850+ 0.278X1 + 0.233X2 + 0.299X3 + 0.249X4 + μ Based on the equation, the most dominant variable affecting the increase in the number of passengers is the service quality variable with a regression coefficient of 0.299. The R2 (R Square) test resulted in 0.560 or 56.0%, which means that ticket purchase interest is influenced by the variables of corporate image, promotion, service quality and facilities at 56.0%, and other factors affecting the increase in the number of passengers on the NAM Air Tambolaka-Denpasar route are 44.0%. The research results show that Corporate Image, Service Quality, Promotion and Facilities have a positive and significant effect on the Increase in the number of Passengers.
