Abstract
Ship agency services play an important role in supporting the smooth operation of shipping, especially in the clearance in process which involves document management and coordination between agencies at the port. Along with the development of information t echnology, the Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia has implemented a web-based digital system called Inaportnet as a solution for port service integration. This study aims to examine the clearance in process of the MV Puteri Kirana ship which is agented by PT. Pelayaran Bahtera Adhiguna Cabang Cilacap, and to analyze the obstacles that arise during the process. The results of the observation show that the implementation of the Inaportnet system is generally able to increase the efficiency and accuracy of document management. However, there are still obstacles such as server disruptions, incomplete documents, limited port facilities, and changes in regulations that cause service delays. To overcome these obstacles, it is necessary to improve coordination between agencies, HR training, and adequate digital infrastructure support.
