Abstract
Aviation Safety is an important series in transportation, especially air transportation. If safety culture, air traffic controllers, safety management systems are not implemented properly, the flight may experience flight delays or may result in accidents, the purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of independent variables on dependent variables. With a population of all employees at Class II Lede Kalumbang Airport, Tambolaka City on December 2024, as many as 75 employees consisting of 15 Appron Movement Control employees and 60 Airnav employees, a sample of 75 respondents was taken. With the non-probability sampling technique, incidental sampling type, data collection using a questionnaire, a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples and also known as a census. Y = 1.589 + 0.243 X1 + 0.268 X2 + 0.330 X3 + µ From the results of the study on the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables. hypothesis testing using t-test shows that the three independent variables, namely safety culture (X1) air traffic controllers (X2) safety management system (X3) have a high influence from other variables in influencing flight safety factors, in the determination coefficient test (R square) the Adjusted R square value of 0.504 means that 50.4% of the variation in the dependent variable of flight safety can be explained through the independent variables Safety culture (X1) Air traffic controllers (X2) Safety management system (X3) while the remaining 37.2% is explained by other variables outside the model described in this study.
