Abstract
The development of logistics in major cities has begun to grow rapidly; therefore, there is a need for service companies that can accommodate this growth. The rapid acceleration of the economy, driven by companies that produce goods and the increasing demand for those goods, contributes to the advancement of such companies. The demand for goods comes from both domestic and international markets. In the exchange of goods, transportation occurs via sea and air, commonly referred to as export and import, which are typically carried out by companies. This research uses data collection methods including direct field observation, literature study, documentation, and questionnaires. The results indicate that, based on multiple linear regression analysis, the equation obtained is Y = 2.166 + 0.335 X1 + 0.151 X2 + 0.328 X3 + µ, showing that the completeness of export documents, delivery time, and type of cargo have a positive and significant effect on the accuracy of goods delivery. This is evidenced by the comparison between the calculated t-value and the critical t-value at a 5% significance level (0.05). The variable Export Document Completeness (X1) has a positive effect on the smoothness of export operations, with a t-count of 3.383 > t-table of 1.66388. The Delivery Time variable (X2) has a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction, with a t-count of 1.989 > t-table of 1.66388. The Cargo Type variable (X3) also has a positive effect on the Accuracy of Export Goods Delivery, with a t-count of 2.752 > t-table of 1.66388. Therefore, the results of this study show that there is a positive and significant influence between Export Document Completeness, Delivery Time, and Cargo Type on the Smoothness of Export Activities.
