Abstract
Integrated Marine Information System (IMAIS) is a digital integrated system developed by PT Pelindo Marine Service to enhance efficiency and transparency in maritime services such as piloting, tugging, and mooring. However, in its implementation, various obstacles are still found that cause delays in services. This research aims to identify the IMAIS service process, the main causes of delays, and solutions to improve the efficiency of the system. Through a qualitative approach via observation, documentation, and literature study, it was found that delays in service were caused by data limitations, suboptimal system integration, technical disruptions, and low human resource competence The efforts implemented include process automation, periodic technical training, strengthening infrastructure and security, as well as updating regulations. The study results show that the consistent implementation of these solutions can improve the speed and quality of maritime services. This research is expected to serve as a reference for the optimization of digitalization in the port sector.
