Abstract

ABSTRACT Guide services are guiding activities in assisting ship captains, so that navigation can be carried out safely, orderly, and smoothly by providing information about local water conditions that are important for the safety of ships and passengers, while guide officers are nautistic sailors who meet the requirements set by the government to carry out guide duties. This study aims to determine the effect of employee performance, facilities and document services on the satisfaction of guide boat users. The population in this study is users of the South Kalimantan Kota Baru Port guide service and the sample used in this study was 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is probability sampling type Simple Random sampling, then the data is analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of (software) Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) Version 25. The formulation of regression in this study is as follows: Y = 0.476 + 0.382 X1 + 0.381 X2 + 0.205 X3 + μ From this equation, it is known that the most dominant variable affecting the satisfaction of guide ship service users is the Employee Performance variable with a regression coefficient of 0.382. The R2 (R Square) test obtained results of 0.706 or 70.6% in influencing Service User Satisfaction (Y). While other factors that affect Service User Satisfaction are (100% - 70.6%) = 29.4%. That is, the remaining 29.4% is another variable that was not proposed in this study. Keywords: Service User Satisfaction, Employee Performance, service quality and Facilities
