Abstract
In the context of competitive global trade, operational efficiency in the logistics sector is crucial, especially in Indonesia as an archipelago. PT IPC Terminal Petikemas Pontianak faces challenges in managing the flow of goods, so the Nusantara Terminal Operating System (TOS) was implemented to optimize the loading and unloading process and reduce operational costs. This paper aims to explore the role of TOS in the planning & control system and its impact on operational efficiency. The methods used include direct observation, interviews, and literature study. The results in this paper show that the implementation of Nusantara's TOS has successfully improved operational efficiency through optimization of loading and unloading processes, reduction of waiting time, and real-time monitoring. Although implementation challenges still exist, TOS has significantly contributed to improving efficiency at the terminal. This paper is expected to provide insights for container terminal management in Indonesia. Keywords: Terminal Operating System (TOS), Operational Efficiency
