Abstract
The main topic of discussion in writing this scientific paper that I made is to find out the main problems regarding the Management of Wreck Removal Certificates (Ship insurance certificates) by PT. Panca Global Energi through the Simkapel system. There are several background problems that the author must solve, namely the Certificate submission process, obstacles that occur when submitting a Wreck Removal Certificate. The purpose of writing this paper is none other than to find out the obstacles in the Wreck Removal Certificate submission process. In writing this title, there are several methods used by the author in compiling this paper using primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained directly by conducting interviews with related parties in the Certificate submission activity to the Central Transportation through the Simkapel System. While secondary data is obtained from books, archives, and other sources. And also conducting direct observations in the field to obtain data. From this observation the author concludes that PT. Panca Global Energi in addition to serving Foreign Ship Agencies and Local Ships, PT. Panca Global Energi also serves the Submission of Certificates for old or new ships, extension of Ship Certificates. The result of the discussion of this paper is that the completion of the submission of the Wreck Removal Certificate through the Simkapel system by PT. Panca Global Energi will run smoothly without any obstacles if each party can fulfill the established procedures. Keywords: Agency, Wreck Removal, Simkapel
