Abstract
Indonesia National Single Window (INSW) is an integrated system designed to facilitate the flow of information and documents in the export, import, and logistics processes in Indonesia. This system aims to improve the efficiency, transparency, and speed of customs services and cross-agency licensing. INSW integrates various systems from related ministries and institutions so that service users can access services in a single window. This study aims to examine the role and effectiveness of INSW in supporting the smooth flow of goods and international trade. The methodology used is literature study and policy analysis. The results of the study show that the implementation of INSW has a positive impact on ease of doing business, reducing dwelling time at ports, and strengthening coordination between agencies. However, challenges such as data integration, system security, and limitations of technological infrastructure still need attention to optimize INSW services in the future.
